RECENT OBSERVATIONS: Poor weather today precludes views of the volcano and has caused field crews to cancel site visits. There has been no change in the status of activity at the volcano in the past week. Seismicity remains extremely low, GPS and tiltmeters show no deformation, and camera images of the lava dome show that there have been no changes in its shape since mid January.
