Potential ash hazards: Wind forecasts from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), coupled with eruption models, show that any ash clouds rising above the crater rim today would drift northward early in the day and northeastward later.

Recent observations: The volcano is clear this morning with little visible vapor emanating from the growing lava dome. Data from field instruments indicate no change in eruptive activity.
